Merry CHRISTmas!!

Christmas was a very busy time for us this year, but it was wonderful. We spent a lot of time traveling, but we had the opportunity to see all of our family this year, which was a wonderful blessing. There is no greater gift than time with family. Also, with Logan being a little older this year, he was more "into" Christmas this year....or least he paid a little bit more attention (but not much). He enjoyed every toy he got and cried whenever we opened up a gift with clothes in it. He even got to the point where he would shut his eyes if it were clothes because he didn't want to see them! It was quite hilarious!!! Logan was quite the trooper. His schedule was out of whack for most of the week, but bounced back very well!!
We started our Christmas season with our tradition of opening up one gift on Christmas Eve (his Christmas pajamas), followed by the reading of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. We spent Christmas Day with Grandpa and Grandma Clark, Uncle Brad and Aunt Jordan, and the whole Clark side of the family. On Friday, we spent time with the Eakins family, as well as the Weaver family. On Sunday, we had Christmas with the Zeigler family, which is Glen's mom's side of the family. We had a lot of great times and wonderful memories. Here are a few pictures from each of our time with the families.

Visit with Santa Claus

We took Logan to see Santa on Saturday. Glen's work has Santa and Mrs. Claus come out for a visit, talk to the kids about their year, show them their name in "The Book," and then give them a present. We weren't sure how Logan was going to react to Santa this year. Last year he did just fine, but he is a lot more aware this year. I held his hand as we walked up to Santa, he was doing great, walking like a big more and then bam....he stopped, took another look at Santa and started crying. So, I had to sit up there with him and as you can tell by his expression, he isn't quite sure about him. He did warm up to him as Santa talked to him, but there is no way he'd have sat there by himself. He loved his toy....a telephone that talks to him and plays music. Oh well, there's always next year. We are taking him to see Santa at our church on Sunday. They are having milk and cookies with Santa, so maybe he'll like him better then!! We shall see!!!

Happy Holidays!!

Greetings Family and Friends! I know it has been a long time since I've actually posted anything on here. I decided to revamp the page and start fresh since there was only a handful of posts anyway! I promise to be better about posting as we dive into 2009! I hope the holidays are finding you all well. I just got over a pout of the flu, along with 9 other friends from my Sunday School class! Other than that, we are excited for Christmas and spending time with all our family!! If we don't see before, have a very Merry Christmas!!
